I have been going to Shifali for quite a while now and she has always done an exceptional job. She is super friendly and knows how to provide excellent results with her services. I leave every visit being happy with the results and treatment I receive and feeling more confident than before. She is always willing to answer any questions that I have and walks me through the different beauty therapy’s that are available whilst recommending the ones that she thinks would be most suitable for me. Her salon is absolutely beautiful as well and has the most welcoming atmosphere. Love visiting her and would recommend for everyone.

I had the most amazing experience with Shifali for my ombré eyebrow tattooing. From start to finish she was professional, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the process, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My brows turned out beautiful, so natural, perfectly shaped, and exactly what I was hoping for. The attention to detail and care she puts into her work truly shows. Shefali’s Glow and Shine is a very welcoming place, and her setup is really cute and comfortable. Shefali did a great job with threading, upper lips, and facial massage for both my mum and me — we were very happy with those services. Shefali is extremely patient, has a wonderfully positive attitude, and truly listens to her clients’ needs. The entire experience was comfortable and enjoyable.
